A ritual is a slow, attentive bodywork experience focused on relaxation and presence.

Each session begins with a brief check-in to understand how you’re feeling that day. From there, the work unfolds intuitively, guided by breath, tissue response, and your comfort. Movements may include flowing massage, gentle holding, grounding pressure, passive stretches, or stillness.

There is no fixed sequence — the session adapts to you.

Most sessions are designed as full body experiences, allowing the body to settle and rebalance as a whole.

At the same time, we are happy to adapt the session to your individual needs — focusing more on specific areas if requested.

You’re welcome to share your preferences before or during the session.

 Sessions are offered by:

Anna, a bodyworker specializing in intuitive, biodynamic, and freestyle relaxation bodywork

Ekaterina, offering classical relaxation techniques with a steady, grounding approach

Some rituals, such as four-hands sessions, are offered together.

 Your comfort always comes first.

If at any moment something doesn’t feel right — pressure, pace, position, or focus — please let us know. We will immediately adjust the approach, change techniques, or pause if needed.

Your body leads the session. We listen and respond.

Comfortable clothing or underwear you feel safe in.

Session attire depends on the chosen ritual. Some sessions are done fully clothed, while others involve direct bodywork. You’re welcome to bring comfortable clothing, sport shorts, and clean socks.

Your comfort and boundaries are always respected.
